WHO IS A HERO

The last time you look at yourself, who did you see? Did you see a hero, or a failure? There is a hero but I don’t really know the measures to find them. I don’t know if a hero is when I have nothing, or when I succeed in securing myself a good position in government.

Is a hero the one that can speak and convince the whole community,

But cannot prove his empty promises when the needs arise?

Is he one who walks with money,

But cannot give any impact to people’s life,

Is he one who talks about doing things,

But fear solving problems?

Is he one who claims faith,

While doing eye service,

But yet preaching holiness and freewill donors?

Is he one who wants to reap where he did not sow?

There are heroes, there are people who devote their time, strength, success, potentials, positions, etc. To make sure that they impart to peoples life especially the future leaders. I believe today that you can become a hero, not because you walk in plenty of money, not because you occupy the best position in government, not because you have the richest company in the whole world, but because you have little and you are ready to make use of that little in solving people’s problem.

Use what you have to get what you want: There is no particular thing that you have that doesn’t have their function. A man was on a seminar hall, and the speaker asked them to write their future ambition, this man wasn’t with writing materials and he had to raise his hands, he asked someone to help him out. At the end of it, that man was able to participate in those activities. Don’t forget that you have all what it takes to get to the top.

Give no room for excuse: Excuse is a good reason for a bad result, it is the tools of incompetent, a monument of nothingness and those who use them are not wise. Don’t always waste time preparing a good excuse for your bad result but instead spend time being creative to yourself, your future lies within you. Your success is guarantee with God but not with time, if you don’t work hard even if your future was fixed, you can’t make any good thing from life because you don’ work hard. Nelson Mandela once said, “It’s always seems impossible until it’s done”

Be ready to solve problems: When there is problem, there must be solution. When the solution is found, you have created value, the value now creates wealth and if you can manage the wealth well it bring prosperity. A lot of people like to be in the crowd. A crowd is a place that you don’t have a say, you have no vision, and you have no foresight. Imagine thousands of people struggling to get home at the same time with just 17 vehicles. They only care about how they should get home on time, nobody care about their brother or sister not even neighbour. The fact here is that nobody wants to find a lasting solution to thousands of crowd of just 17 vehicles. Because they have the mentality of the crowd, they can’t see that there is need for more vehicles to be there to transport people. Nobody want to solve the problem of small number of vehicle with large crowd, they enjoy struggling to get home and not walking comfortably. Until you step away from the crowd, you can’t solve your problem because the crowd think that they are not the right people o solve problems.

When problem exist and you solve it, you will create value, value then create wealth and if you can manage the wealth well, it will bring prosperity.
